My goal in every class is to create an atmosphere where you can excavate and remember your true potential with enough comfort in your body that it feels congruent – whether it’s reducing anxiety or learning to work with an injury. None of it has to be overly complicated but can feel ridiculously challenging. And you each have the courage to step on your mat and practice time and again.
