Power Vinyasa:
A vigorous class consisting of a series of postures that flow together. Music, heat and intelligently woven postures create a practice focused on strength, balance and breath. Room is 105 degrees.

Vinyasa to Yin Yoga:
30 minutes of strong flow and breath to drop into our bodies. 30 minutes of yin: simple style of yoga that consists of longer held postures designed to complement more active (yang) yoga styles. Yin deeply stretches connective tissues creating an increased range of motion.
