Power Vinyasa:
A vigorous class consisting of a series of postures that flow together. Music, heat and intelligently woven postures create a practice focused on strength, balance and breath.

Wednesdays 4:30-5:45pm
Sundays 6:30-7:45pm
Fusion Hot Yoga, Bothell
Yin Yoga:
A simple style of yoga that consists of longer held postures designed to complement more active (yang) yoga styles. Yin deeply stretches connective tissues creating an increased range of motion. Unheated.

Sundays 8-9:15pm

Vinyasa:
A fun and dynamic flow based yoga that links movements with breath to create balance in body and mind. Vinyasa places an emphasis on core and upper body strength, while toning and increasing flexibility throughout the whole body.
