Align & Refine:
A perfect place to start or refine your yoga practice. Based yoga that links movements with breath, this focused, mindful movement class brings in alignment technique to create a balanced, sustainable practice. Room is 78 degrees.

Juicy Power Yoga, Mountlake Terrace
Power Vinyasa:
A vigorous class consisting of a series of postures that flow together. Music, heat and intelligently woven postures create a practice focused on strength, balance and breath. Room is 105 degrees.

Wednesdays 4:30pm - 5:45pm
Sundays 6:30pm - 7:45pm
Fusion Hot Yoga, Bothell
Vinyasa Yoga:
A challenging yoga class in which you strengthen your muscles and improve balance and daily posture. In every class, you will also experience the restorative side of yoga with active and passive stretching to ease strain and improve flexibility. Room is 75 degrees.

Tuesdays 6pm - 7pm
Cut + Flow, Bothell
Yin Yoga:
A simple style of yoga that consists of longer held postures designed to complement more active (yang) yoga styles. Yin deeply stretches connective tissues creating an increased range of motion. Unheated.

Sundays 8pm - 9pm
